Vivo has launched the Y28e and Y28s in the Indian market. Both the devices carry identical looks with almost similar specifications save for just a few differences. The Vivo V28s and V28e is priced affordably starting at Rs 10,999.
Specifications
Both of these devices come with a 6.56-inch 720×1612 90 Hz LCD touchscreen with 840-nit peak brightness, and are powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC, and a 5,000 mAh battery. The battery supporrts 15W wired charging. They are both IP64 certified for dust and splash resistance.
The Y28e has 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of storage, the Y28s 4/6/8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
The Y28s sports a 50 MP Sony IMX852 sensor, while Y28e feature an unnamed 13 MP lens. Both the device carry a 2 MP secondary sensor. For selfies, the Y28s is equipped with an 8 MP shooter at front, and the Y28e has a 5 MP unit.
The Y28s has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button, while the Y28e doesn’t have one at all.
Price, colour options
The Y28e is priced at Rs 10,999 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, and Rs 11,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage option. The phone will be offered in Vintage Red and Breeze Green.
Meanwhile. the Y28s’s price starts at Rs 13,999 for the 4GB of RAM, goes up to Rs 15,499 for the higher 6GB of RAM model, and tops out at Rs 16,999 with 8GB of RAM. The device is offered in two colors such as Vintage Red and Twinkling Purple,
They should both be available from vivo’s Indian online store, Flipkart, and partner retailers later today.
