Let us know about these face exercises… First of all, spread a yoga mat or clean sheet on the ground. You can also do this while sitting on the bed. Now sit in Sukhasana and rest your palms on the ground. The fingers should be towards the feet. After this, place both the knees either above the fingers or around them. Keep in mind that in this position your elbows should remain absolutely straight. After this, open your mouth well and bring the tongue out and downwards. While sticking out your tongue, roar like a lion, so that there is pressure on your facial muscles. This face yoga is done in the same way as a lion opens its mouth while roaring. You repeat this face yoga two to four times every morning. Keep tapping your face with the help of your fingers. Whenever your hands are free, engage them in finger tapping on the face. Just keep tapping your fingers on different places on the face. Keep in mind that while doing this, you should not put pressure on your face. This type of tapping keeps the blood circulation of the face good. pressure on cuts First identify your facial features. You keep lifting the cuts near the chin and cheeks slowly. First lift the skin on both cheeks with both hands. After that, lift the skin by taking both hands on the same cheek. Similarly, lift the skin of the other cheek also. By doing this the skin gets lifted and the stress of the facial muscles is also released. line stretching To do this, stand straight. You can do this yoga even while sitting. Then place your right hand on the mouth. Now stretch the cheeks upwards with the fingers of the left hand. Repeat this from the other side also. Do this several times. blow up like a balloon The saying of sitting with your mouth full may sound bad but try it. Onlookers may not like it, but filling the mouth with air like a balloon is not only a mood but also a type of yoga. For this yoga, fill air in the mouth and puff up the cheeks. Then they move the air alternately, first towards the left and then towards the right. With this yoga, there is a bulge in the cheekbones of the face, which makes the face look beautiful even without makeup. You can do this balloon pose even while working on the laptop. First of all, spread a yoga mat or clean sheet on the ground. Now sit in Padmasana or Sukhasana posture and place both your hands on your knees. After this, close your eyes, open your mouth and put your tongue on the palate. The more tension you stick your tongue on the palate, the more impact it will have on the muscles of your face. Keep the tongue stuck to the palate for a while and then come back to the original position. Then rest for a few seconds and repeat this process two to three times. While doing this yoga, keep breathing normally. You can do this face yoga every morning. To do this, place one hand on your mouth. Place the other hand on the side of the right cheek. Then move your tongue up and down towards the laugh lines. Repeat this from the other side also. Do this several times to reduce wrinkles. fish face This yoga tones your face and improves the functioning of facial muscles. First, sit in Padmasana posture on a yoga mat or sheet. Then close your eyes. Now suck your cheeks and lips inwards and shape your mouth like a fish. Do this for a few seconds and then smile. Repeat this yoga process two to three times.
