Warning of severe cold in Chhattisgarh

Raipur: After the stoppage of monsoon, now cold weather has started in Chhattisgarh. Light cold has started increasing at night. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of drop in temperature for the next 5 days. The lowest temperature in the state is in Tilda.

Tilda recorded 13.7 degrees Celsius. Apart from this, 19.3 degree Celsius temperature has been recorded in Raipur, 18.8 in Mana, 18.6 in Bilaspur, 15.4 in Pendra Road, 16.4 in Ambikapur, 17.6 in Jagdalpur, 17 in Durg and 17 degree Celsius in Rajnandgaon.

Meteorologists say that now the coldness will increase further and the weather pattern will remain the same. This year it is expected to be colder than last year. With the onset of mild cold, preparations for setting up stalls of warm clothes have also started in some areas of Raipur.
