60 villages are affected by water

The water level of Sikti Bakra has increased from 61.470 to 61.650, while that of Araria has reached from 47.00 to 47.69 meters. At the same time, Dengra Ghat Mahananda has decreased from 35.65 meters to 35.65 meters, Tyabpur has decreased from 66.00 meters to 64.370 meters, Chargharia has decreased from 46.94 meters to 46.18 meters.
On the other hand, after the increase in the water level of Parman river, flood water has entered the houses of people in Dalmalpur Panchayat, Dhurpaili Panchayat, Tierpara Panchayat, Pothia Gangeli, Amgachhi, Adhang, Vishnupur, Barbatta Bangra Mehdipur, Machhatta and Nitender Panchayat.
