Try to walk 10000 steps daily. You have to do this continuously for 21 days. In the beginning if 10000 steps is not possible, then starting with less steps, gradually reach 10000 steps. Make walking, dancing, and using the stairs instead of the elevator a routine when possible.

Lean protein can help you a lot in weight loss. This keeps the stomach full. Try to include protein in every meal and snack. Eat yogurt, nuts, beans, or lean meats. Those whose digestion is weak, they may have difficulty in digesting honey protein.
