Let us know how to make it… necessary ingredients White poppy seeds – 1 tbsp Almonds – 1 cup Ghee – 1 tbsp Milk – 2 cups Cardamom powder – 1 tsp Coconut – 2 tbsp Sugar – as per taste Turmeric powder – a pinch Saffron – a pinch recipe – First of all, soak the almonds in water overnight and in the morning peel them and keep them in a bowl. – In a separate bowl, soak poppy seeds in water overnight. – To make a paste in the morning, filter the poppy seeds with water and put it in a blender. – Now put almonds in the same jar. Now make a paste and grind it very smooth. To prepare poppy milk, heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan. Now fry the poppy seed paste on low flame. When it turns brown and starts leaving the edge, remove the paste. During this time, keep stirring the paste to prevent it from burning. This may take 5 minutes. Now add milk and cardamom powder to it and boil it while stirring on high flame. Once it boils, reduce the flame and boil without covering for 10 minutes. By doing this it will gradually thicken. Now add coconut powder, sugar, turmeric or saffron as per taste in this special poppy milk. – Keep it in the fridge when it is room temperature and after it cools down, serve it in a glass. This will keep your body cool and you will also be able to enjoy the taste.
