When will iOS 17 and other software of iPadOS 17 be launched?
Apple: Apple announced the release dates of its new operating systems during the Wanderlust event, which includes iOS 17, iPadOS 17, macOS Sonoma, watchOS 10, and tvOS 17, all of which were announced by Apple at WWDC 2023. Let us tell you that iOS17 is a milestone for Apple, which will improve the processing of FaceTime and messages of iPhone. One thing to note here is that iOS 17 will not be available for all iPhone models, as Apple has already said that iOS 17 will be free only for iPhone Xs and later models.

Starting September 18, Apple will start rolling out iOS 17 and iPadOS 17 updates to iPhone and iPad users. Similarly, iPadOS 17 will be available as a free software update for the following iPad models: iPad (6th generation and later), iPad mini (5th generation and later), iPad Air (3rd generation and later), 12.9- inch iPad Pro (second generation and later), 10.5-inch iPad Pro, and 11-inch iPad Pro (first generation and later).
Features of iOS 17, iPadOS 17
In iOS17, users will get features like contact poster, how contacts appear in incoming calls and spamming calls coming from third party apps. Along with this, users will get real time translation of voice mail messages in iOS 17.
Apple has upgraded apps like FaceTime and Messages in iOS 17. FaceTime now supports recording and sending messages for situations when the receiver does not respond to an audio or video call. Additionally, users can initiate FaceTime calls through the Apple TV and easily switch them to their television screen. This update will also bring improvements to AirDrop, Name Drop, Autocorrect, Dictation, Privacy Settings, AirPlay, Apple Music and Safari browsing.
iPadOS 17 makes reading PDFs and Notes on iPad more convenient. Similar interactive tools have been included in Messages, FaceTime, and Safari in iOS 17. Through iPadOS 17, the Health app is now available to users on iPad, allowing users to monitor their health data.
Features of macOS Sonoma, watchOS 10, tvOS 17
macOS Sonoma is the latest software update for Mac computers, it will start updating from September 26th. Through macOS Sonoma, you’ll get better video conferencing, faster browsing multiple windows in Safari, and Game Mode right from your Apple desktop.
watchOS 10 will be for Apple Watch Series 4 and later models, which can be paired with iPhone Xs or iOS 17 devices. Through watchOS 10, users will get many changes in contact axis, redesigned apps and navigation. Also, users will get two new watch faces in watchOS 10.
