SBI AGM in Raipur has sought a CID investigation into the death of his daughter in an accident. On August 1, the wife of the OSD of the state Forest Minister hit Shrestha Satpathy (21) with a car. Shrestha died in the hospital. After this, the accused Shikha Agarwal drove the car to Khamhardih police station and parked it there. The family members suspect that they will not get proper justice in this case. Therefore, they have demanded a fair investigation.
Chhattisgarh news According to the information, after the accident, the SUV driver Shikha Agarwal parked the car at Khamhardih police station after some time. Due to which a hit and run case was not made according to the new law of BNS. Due to which the accused got bail from the police station.
The accused in this case, Shikha Agarwal, is the wife of State Service Officer Tirthraj Agarwal. Tirthraj Agarwal is currently the OSD of Forest Minister Kashyap. Shikha Agarwal herself was driving the car during the accident. One thing that also came to light was that 10 days before the incident, a challan was issued for driving the car on the wrong side.
