My wife and children went upstairs to the room. At the same time around 02:15, he took a nap and fell asleep, then some unknown person entered his house and stole the bag of gold, silver and money, when the wife and children came downstairs. The applicant started looking for the goods to go, at that time the bag of gold, silver and money was not visible, then on the suspicion of theft, after telling the neighboring friends around his house, seeing the CCTV footage, it was found that an unknown woman was seen with her bag in her hand. He had covered his face with a scarf.
After looking at the CCTV cameras for some distance, after coming on the main road, nothing was found after inquiring around. The applicant came to the police station and lodged the report. After registering the report, various police teams under the guidance of the Superintendent of Police went to the spot and chased the accused woman on the basis of CCTV footage. In the meantime, after secretly going to the cart near Apna Dairy and asking the person secretly, he told the woman of the said appearance to come and sit here. At the same time, the dairy boy dropped him from the bike. The police went to the woman’s house with the boy and inquired. The woman admitted to stealing. Recovered the bag which was kept hidden under the balcony of the roof of his house. Police said that arrested accused Pratiksha Thaware, husband Premansh Rao, aged 23 years, resident of Bagh Colony, Civil Line Ward No. 14 Police Station Kotwali District Balaghat Hall, Komal Bhardhaj’s house, Adarsh Colony, Vinoba Bhave. Police seized gold and silver jewelery and cash amounting to Rs 29,44,000 and handed it over to the applicant.
