Woman attacked with scissors on neck in rented house, dies

Indore: Panic spread in Raoji Bazar area on Saturday morning when a woman was murdered in her rented house. His neck was attacked with scissors. The identity of the killer is unknown until the report is filed.

Additional DCP (Zone-4) Abhinay Vishwakarma said police were alerted when residents of Jabaran Colony detected an unusual smell emanating from the house around 10:30 am. Subsequently, the police reached the spot along with the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) team and discovered the decomposed remains of the woman.

Neha, a resident of Jabaran Colony, was murdered in her rented house. She lived alone in a rented house. She had been stabbed to death, and a pair of scissors were found stuck in her neck at the crime scene.

After investigation at the spot, the body was sent for post-mortem and further investigation is being done to identify the killer.
