Woman from Lucknow jumps from 10th floor in Bengaluru, dies

Bengaluru (IANS) | A woman from Lucknow jumped to her death from the 10th floor of her apartment in Nagenahalli village near Yelahanka area in Bengaluru. The deceased has been identified as 27-year-old Amrita Sharma.

Amrita Sharma, who works in a private company, was married two years ago. He jumped from the 10th floor on Thursday night.

The woman was taken to the hospital where she was declared brought dead.

Police said Sharma had recently lost her father and was attached to him.

His family members in Lucknow have been informed and are coming to Bengaluru.

Police said that once his family members record their statements, they will get more clarity in the matter.
