Woman shopkeeper attacked in Raipur, accused was asking for loan
Raipur. In Maudhapara police station area, a woman shopkeeper was beheaded by a youth living in the same locality. The young man picked up a stone lying on the ground and hit it, due to which the woman bled. The reason behind this attack is the refusal of the female shopkeeper to give the goods on loan to the young man.
While registering the FIR, Guddu Begum, a resident of Maudhapara, told the police that she runs her own grocery shop in Rajbandha Maidan area. On Sunday morning around 8.30 am, she was selling goods in a grocery shop, when a young man named Sharif Ahmed reached her shop.
The young man asked the woman for goods on loan. So Guddu Begum asked him to repay the money he had borrowed earlier. Only after that she will be able to deliver the goods. On hearing this, Sharif Ahmed got angry and started abusing, then he threatened to kill him. At present, Maudhapara police has registered an FIR in this matter. Further investigation is ongoing in the matter.
