At the same time, if the examination is affected due to paper leak or other reasons, then the expenditure incurred on it will be compensated by recovering from the solver gang. Also, companies and service providers who commit irregularities in the examination will be blacklisted forever.

In a press note, the government said that distributing fake question papers, creating fake employment websites etc. have also been made punishable offenses.
