Young man dies in a horrific road accident

Durg. A horrific road accident took place in Amleswar of the district today. An uncontrolled unknown vehicle hit a mother-son riding a bike on Jamgaon M Tara road in Patan area. The youth injured in this accident was admitted to AIIMS hospital in a critical condition, where he died during treatment. The mother is injured. Actually, the roads built in Patan area are now becoming a danger for two-wheelers.

Amleswar police said that today at 8 am, Surendra Thakur (25 years), resident of village Tara, was returning from Jamgaon M to Tara on a bike with his mother Janaki Thakur (45 years). During this, a speeding vehicle hit the bike from behind. Surendra got seriously injured in this incident, who was taken to AIIMS hospital, where Surendra died during treatment. The mother of the deceased Surendra has also been injured. It is being told that Surendra’s father also died in a road accident in Jamgaon M 10 years ago today. Surendra used to live with his mother. Now after this accident, his mother is the only survivor in the family.
