Young man raped friend’s wife, FIR filed against 3 including husband
Ajmer (Rajasthan): A case of rape of a 23 year old woman has come to light in Christian Ganj police station area of Ajmer. The woman has accused her husband’s friend of raping her after giving her intoxicants. The accused youth used to threaten to defame. The woman has filed a case against her husband, his friend and others. Christian Ganj police station has registered a case and started investigation. According to Christian Ganj police station, a 23-year-old woman appeared at the police station and lodged a complaint. In the complaint, the woman said that in 2017, she was married to a young man resident of tehsil Pushkar. After marriage, her husband started harassing her and started attracting his own friend towards her.
The woman alleged that her husband was trying to lure her into his trap by making her meet his friend. Taking advantage of this, her husband left her four months ago saying that she was having illicit relations with his friend and threw her out of the house. The woman said that later, taking advantage of this, her husband’s friend, with the help of her maternal aunt’s father-in-law’s son, made her drink intoxicants, raped her and threatened to defame her. Later, they took her to different places and raped her. The woman told that her husband’s friend told her that he was doing all this work at the behest of her husband, so she could not harm him. The victim has filed a case against her husband, husband’s friend and maternal aunt’s father-in-law’s son in Christian Ganj police station under various sections including rape. The investigation of the case has been handed over to station in-charge Karan Singh.
