Youth arrested for selling ganja in auto, smuggler caught in Raipur Sarora
Raipur. A young man has been arrested while selling ganja in an auto in Raipur Sarora. The informer had informed the police team that a person traveling in an auto vehicle near Mishra Dhaba located in Sarora under Urla police station area was keeping ganja with him and was selling it.
On which, under the direction of senior officers and under the leadership of station in-charge Urla, the team of Urla police station went to the said place, traced the vehicle and the person, identified the vehicle and caught it.
There was a person traveling in the auto vehicle who during interrogation revealed his name to be Nanu Tandi resident of Kota Saraswati Nagar Raipur.
When the team members searched the auto, it was found that ganja was kept in the auto. On which the accused Nanu Tandi was arrested and a total of 03 kilograms of ganja, sale amount of Rs. 5,000/- and auto number C/G/04/T/4309 Jumla worth approximately Rs. 1,00,000/- were seized from his possession and a case was registered against the accused in the police station. In Urla, crime number 480/2023 under Section 20B Narcotic Act was registered and action was taken.
