Youth arrested for selling liquor in Kabir Nagar
Raipur: Vikas Deshmukh alias Golu Khati, accused of selling liquor illegally, has been arrested. According to the information, Kabir Nagar team received information that a person is selling liquor illegally in Sondongri behind Nazrul Mobile Shop. On which Additional Superintendent of Police West Jaiprakash Badai and City Superintendent of Police Azad Chowk Mayank Gurjar (B.P.S.) directed the station in-charge Kabir Nagar to arrest the accused red-handed with liquor, that on the instructions of senior officers, the police station The team of Kabir Nagar police station under the leadership of inspector in-charge Shruti Singh was tracking down the person of the description described by the informer. A person of the description described by the informer was hiding behind a bush after seeing the police with a plastic sack behind the Nazrun mobile shop in Sondongri. Who was surrounded and captured. During interrogation, the person revealed his name to be Vikas Deshmukh alias Golu Khati resident of Parvati Nagar Gudhiyari Raipur.
When the team members searched the plastic sack kept with him, it was found that CG Fine Premium English Liquor was kept inside the sack. When Vikas Deshmukh was asked to provide valid documents regarding the possession of liquor, he was continuously trying to mislead the team members by not presenting any kind of document. On which the accused Vikas Deshmukh alias Golu Khati was arrested and illegally kept from his possession 42 Pauwa CG Fine Premium English, valuable about Rs 5,040/- and crime number 197/23 section 34(2) was registered against the accused in Police Station Kabir Nagar. An offense under the Excise Act was registered and action was taken.
