Youth arrested for stealing iron rod
Raigarh. Shakuntala Nishad (aged 45), a resident of village Salakhiya, registered a report that Rakesh Pankra and his associates of the village stole one bundle of rods from the two bundles of 8 mm rods kept in front of her house for building a house on the night of 25th October. Got it done. The reporter told that on 25/10/2023, at around 09:00 pm, some people were seen stealing the bundle of rods kept in front of the house. Then all three of them along with their son and son-in-law came out and chased them.

Accused Rakesh Kumar Pankra, father Etwar Singh Pankra, age 22 years, resident of village Salkhia police station Lailunga, was taken into custody, on whose memorandum a bundle of stolen rods of 70 kg, worth Rs. 4070 has been recovered and the accused has been sent to JMFC Gharghoda court remand to get judicial remand.
