Youth arrested with 30 pieces of country liquor in police raid

Raigarh. Chakradharnagar Police’s continuous action against illegal liquor is going on. Under the leadership of station in-charge Chakradharnagar Inspector Prashant Rao Aher, Chakradharnagar police, on the information of an informer, conducted a liquor raid in the Galla grocery shop of village Kotrapali resident Mahedra Singh.

Police had received information that Mahendra Singh was selling country made Plain Mandira liquor illegally at his shop. In the raid operation, 30 pav of country Mandira Plain liquor and sale amount of Rs 160 have been seized from the accused. Action has been taken against the accused Mahendra Singh (age 60 years), resident of Kotrapali, under Section 34 (2) 59 (A) of the Excise Act in Chakradharnagar police station. Lady head constable Samundar Runkar, constable Vinoj Lakra and Roopram Sahu were involved in the liquor raid.
