Youth commits suicide due to depression, case registered

Pali. After the death of Pali father, when the family was going through financial crisis, an acquaintance asked about getting a loan on the house. Taking it into confidence, he got the power of attorney for the house in his own name. Made the deed of house using fake documents. Hurt by this, a family member committed suicide. Now a case of fraud has been registered in the police station. The matter is of Sumerpur police station area of Pali district.

Sumerpur SHO Laxman Singh said – Mahendra son of Premraj Suthar, resident of Bijowa Hall, Sanjay Nagar Veer Durgadas Colony, Sumerpur (Pali), has registered a case through the court on January 24. According to the report, a case has been registered against Sumerpur residents Hiralal son of Lakhmaram and Suresh son of Hiralal Suthar. In the report, Mahendra Suthar told – My father Premraj had purchased a plot from Chhaganlal son Pukhraj in the residential scheme Veer Durgadas Nagar Part A in Sumerpur in 2019. A house was being constructed here. Father died on 10 January 2020. The entire family was devastated by this sudden accident. Started feeling financially troubled also. During this, accused Hiralal assured to get loan on the house.

Taking it into confidence, he got the power of attorney made in his name. By making fake documents, the transfer deed of the house was transferred to the name of Suresh Kumar on 6 April 2021. Due to such fraud, Mahendra’s brother Bhavesh committed suicide on 22 October 2023. Mahendra asked the accused for their documents back but the accused did not agree. Now the case has been registered through the court.
