Youth dies due to electric shock

Mungeli. Prahlad Maravi (20) died due to electric shock in Mungeli district of Chhattisgarh. It is being told that the support wire installed on the pillar near the house was also getting electric current, which resulted in loss of life. The entire matter is of Lormi police station area. According to the information received, due to untimely rains, the LT line wire had broken and fallen on the electric pole in Maharpur, due to which Prahlad died on the spot. During this time, seeing her son falling, his mother Tulsi Maravi reached the spot.

Tried to save him by risking his life, but could not. Prahlad died on the spot due to electric shock. It is being told that his mother has also been completely burnt, who was brought to the 50 bed hospital in Lormi in a critical condition. From where after first aid he was referred to the district hospital. Villagers say that the electricity department was informed about the broken wire, but it did not reach on time, due to which Prahlad died. There is anger among the villagers after the death of the village youth.
