14 year old Pathanamthitta girl missing
Pathanamthitta: A 9th class girl went missing from Koduman here on Friday night. The 14-year-old girl was reportedly abducted from her home at around 22:00 by a gang of four. It is alleged that the girl maintained a love affair with one of the accused, Arun.
The girl lives with her grandmother and her father who is found on bed rest due to a fracture in his spine. Pretending to know his father, Arun and his three friends reached the girl’s house by auto rickshaw.
Then all four took the girl to the car in which they had come. As soon as the girl’s family came to know about their relationship, they immediately informed the police of Kodumon and Elavumthitta, where Arun lives.
A joint search by both the police teams helped in locating the girl near Elavanthitta at around 12 o’clock the same night. They were found on the road as the car they were traveling in was located. Arun, Biju, Aji and Abhishek were arrested in the case. The four youths and the girl were taken to Kodumon Commissionerate.
