2 arrested for trying to fly on wrong visa
MUMBAI. Sahar police have arrested two people for trying to travel to the UAE for job purposes on tourist visas. What is actually the cause of flood in Delhi? It is not just the Yamuna river. The two, identified as Nataraja Horugappa Shivalingappa and Manjunath Somapur Laxman, were on their way to the Gulf country for employment. According to the police, both presented their documents at the immigration counter. Seeing his visa, the personnel on duty got suspicious. On checking in the system, it was found that the visa was for tourism and not for employment. Thereafter, he was taken to the Sahar police station and a First Information Report was registered on the basis of a complaint by Santosh More, the immigration officer. While looking for jobs abroad, the duo met an agent in Karnataka, who, for a fee, introduced them to another Mumbai-based pimp, Sajid Khan. The latter arranged a visa for him.
