2 dead, 1 critical in road accident in Nuapada of Odisha

Nuapada: In a tragic incident, as many as two people lost their lives while one was reported to be critically injured in a road accident in Nuapada of Odisha.According to reports, a truck hit a motorcycle near Badmaheshwar Bhaba on National Highway No. 353 under Khadial police station of Nuapada district of Odisha.

Two motorcyclists died on the spot and one was seriously injured, said reliable reports.  The two deceased have been identified as Marut Raut and Gobinda Nag of Barpadar village under Khadial police station and the critically injured was identified as Aloka Raut.He has been admitted to the Khadial sub-district hospital for treatment. While the truck that caused the accident has managed to flee from the spot. The Khadial police reached the spot, seized the dead bodies and sent them for post mortem are continuing the investigation.
