2 people died, one collided with cattle and the other drowned in the dam
Balrampur: Today in Rajpur district, two unfortunate accidents claimed the lives of two individuals. In the first incident, a young man lost his life in a road accident when his motorcycle collided with cattle. In the second incident, a villager, while tending to grazing cattle, tragically drowned while fishing in a dam.
The first case occurred in Ara Ghatgaon, where Shahdur Korwa was riding his motorcycle to drop a relative off at Gatti village. Tragically, on his return journey, he met with a fatal accident as his motorcycle collided with cattle.
The second incident transpired in the Gram Panchayat of Duppi, where Ramlakhan had gone to Manikpuri forest to graze cattle. Upon noticing two fellow villagers engaged in fishing, he decided to join them. However, during this fishing excursion, he tragically drowned in the dam. Despite the efforts of those present to save him, Ramlakhan succumbed after submerging in the deep waters.
The Rajpur police have initiated an investigation into both incidents and have registered cases accordingly.
