2 real brothers raped cousin sister
Palval. Under Hasanpur police station area of Palwal, two real brothers, seeing their own minor cousin sister alone at home, made her a victim of lust, made an obscene video of her and raped her repeatedly after threatening to make it viral. The matter came to light when the minor became pregnant. On the complaint of the minor’s father, the police have started action by registering a case against both the accused and their father under various sections including gang rape.
According to the police, in the complaint given by a village resident of Hasanpur police station area, his 17-year-old daughter’s health deteriorated on December 3. When asked about which, her daughter told that seven months ago she was alone at home. At the same time, his uncle’s two sons came inside the house.
It is alleged that the two brothers tied her hands and forcibly raped her and made an obscene video of her. After this, he repeatedly raped her by threatening to make the obscene video viral and to kill her brother. Due to which the victim became pregnant. When both the accused brothers came to know about her pregnancy, they shot the victim.
When the victim told the accused’s father and other family members about the incident, they said that if you took any action, they would kill you. After which the victim told her family about the incident. The victim along with her family lodged a complaint at Hasanpur police station. On the complaint of the minor’s father, the police have started action by registering a case against the two real brothers and their father and others under sections 376D, 313, 506,120B of IPC and 6 POCSO Act.
