2 shop operators selling fake urea buckets arrested
Raipur. Applicant Rajesh Ravidas lodged a report in Police Station Mandir Hasaud that he was not filing E.I.P.R. Limited Company’s Power of Attorney holder and has fake D.E.F. of Tata Company. There is training in identifying urea, that fake DEF is being detected by the operators of Shivam Urea Water and Engine Oil and Maa Lakshmi Tanker Parts Mandir Hasaud located at Gujra Chowk under Thana Mandir Hasaud area. Original Tata Def in bucket of urea. Urea is being sold by putting logo stickers on it.
Under the direction of senior officers and under the leadership of station in-charge Mandir Hassaud, the team of Police Station Mandir Hassaud conducted a raid along with the applicant at Shivam Urea Water and Engine Oil and Maa Lakshmi Tanker Parts shop located at Gujra Chowk under Police Station Mandir Hassaud area. Keep D.E.F. in shops during raid operations. On checking the urea, it was found to be fake. Thus, 20-20 liters of fake Tata DEF was sold by the operators of the said shop. Original Tata Def in bucket of urea. It was accepted to sell urea by pasting its logo sticker. On which a total of 26 buckets of 20-20 liter buckets worth approximately Rs. 34,450/- were seized from the possession of both the persons and a crime number 699/23 Section 63 Copy Right Act was registered against both the persons in Police Station Mandir Hasaud. It was registered and action was taken.
