On which Additional Superintendent of Police City Lakhan Patle, Additional Superintendent of Police Crime Pitamber Singh Patel and City Superintendent of Police Kotwali Yogesh Sahu verified the information and directed the in-charge Anti Crime and Cyber Unit and police station in-charge Kotwali to catch the accused red-handed with banned intoxicating syrup. to be done.
On which, under the direction of senior officers, a joint team of Anti-Crime and Cyber Unit and Police Station Ganj went to the said place, identified the persons of the same description as described by the informer, identified them and arrested them. During interrogation, the persons revealed their names to be Kuldeep Narayan Sikandar and Karan Nagwani resident of Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi. When the team members searched his bag, he was found to be carrying banned intoxicating syrup Onerex. When asked for valid documents from both of them regarding the possession/sale of banned intoxicating syrup, the team members were being continuously misled by them by not presenting any kind of document. On which the accused Kuldeep Narayan Sikandar and Karan Nagwani were arrested and 50 pieces of banned intoxicating syrup Onerex and 02 pieces of mobile phone Jumla related to the incident worth about Rs 60,000/- were seized from their possession. Crime number 113/24 section was registered against the accused in Police Station Ganj. Crime under 21 and 22 Narcotic Act was registered and action was taken.
