27 year old youth hit by car, died during treatment

Kondagaon. A case of a road accident has come to light in the district in which one person died tragically. The police have established a case and started investigation. Based on the PM report, the deceased is said to have died due to serious head injury due to an accident. During the entire investigation, the police found that the deceased Budru Baghel was going to Bade Kanera in his car from Kamela on an unnumbered motorcycle with his relative for personal work on 18th February. As soon as the couple had reached Tarai pass, around 6 pm, the driver of the car number CG 26 J 2659 coming from the front, Mulchand Baghel, father of Jagarathi Baghel, aged 27 years, Sakin Nilji police station, Anatpur, hit his car by speeding and carelessly, putting human life in danger.

While driving, he hit the motorcycle of deceased Budru Baghel and caused an accident. Due to the accident, Budru Baghel suffered injuries on his head and other parts of his body. During treatment, he was taken to the district hospital Kondagaon. Where he died during treatment. In the entire investigation, an offense under section 304A of Indian Penal Code has been registered against the driver of car number CG 26 J 2659, Mulchand Baghel. The crime was established and taken under investigation.
