4 dengue patients found in rainy season, corporation alerted health staff

Bhilai. Dengue has also started spreading in the rainy season. The corporation has advised the health staff to remain alert after receiving 4 dengue patients in Bhilai. Along with spraying anti-larvae in the streets, people are being appealed not to allow water to accumulate around them. In Bhilai Municipal Corporation, 3 dengue patients have been found in township area and 1 in corporation area. At present, the treatment of 2 patients is going on.

Actually, all the three patients found in the township area are from Sector-2 Road-4 only. In these, the reports of Rajeev, Suyash Sahu and their mother Pooja Sahu have come dengue positive. It is believed that there is a danger of dengue spreading mosquitoes in this road. Here, Sumit Karmakar, a resident of Shantinagar Ward 14 Road-28 in the corporation area, also has dengue. Of these, both Pooja Sahu and Sumit Karmakar are undergoing treatment in the hospital. Sumit Karmakar lives in Mumbai. It is being speculated that he got dengue in Mumbai itself, information about which came to Bhilai.
