4 including bride and groom injured after their car meets accident in Sonepur

Sonepur: In a tragic incident, bride and bridegroom among four were critically injured after the car they were traveling in met with an accident in Odisha’s Sonepur district.

According to reports, after the marriage rituals were completed, the bride, bridegroom and 4 others were on their way to Titlagarh from Sambalpur in the ill-fated car. On their way to home, the car hit a tree on the roadside near Sonepur. Due to the mishap, four among the six were critically injured.

Locals spotted the accident. They immediately rushed to injured to the hospital and informed the police about the matter.

The injured were immediately rushed to the Sonepur District Headquarter Hospital. Later, the bride and groom were shifted to Burla medicals.

On being informed, police reached the spot and seized the vehicle. The cops have also initiated a probe into the matter.
