4 people of the same family died in a road accident, 3 year old girl survived
Jaipur: Four members of a family, including a couple from America, died in a road accident on Tuesday on the Ajmer-Chittorgarh highway passing through Bhilwara in Rajasthan. The couple’s three-year-old daughter survived the accident.
The deceased include parents and their son and daughter-in-law. However, a 3-year-old girl has been injured in the accident. The family member was returning to Ajmer after visiting Shrinathji temple located at Nathdwara. Police officials said that the tire of a moving car suddenly burst near Pansal at 7 am on Tuesday. The car hit the divider, went to the other side of the road and collided with a truck. The speed of the truck was high and due to the collision the car jumped into the air.
Radheshyam’s son Shivlahari Khandelwal, his wife Shakuntala Devi, son Manish and daughter-in-law Yashika died in the accident. The son and daughter-in-law (couple’s) 3-year-old daughter Kiya and car driver Vinod were injured. Both have been admitted to the hospital. Officials said that the relatives of the deceased have been informed. Post mortem will be conducted upon his arrival.
Deceased’s family member Sandeep Sharma said that the relatives live in Ajmer. Deceased Radheshyam Khandelwal was a retired bank employee. His son Manish Khandelwal, daughter-in-law Yashika and their three-year-old daughter Kia lived in America. He went to Shrinathji on Monday night and while returning this accident happened.
