5 people of the same family died, car submerged in water

Deoghar: A major accident took place in Deoghar, Jharkhand on Tuesday. 5 people of the same family died after their Bolero fell in Ajay Barrage located at Sikatiya of Chitra police station of Sarath block. After the accident, all the bodies were taken out with the help of local people. According to the information, all the members of the same family were going from Asansol to Giridih in Bolero. On the way, Bolero crashed near Sikatiya and fell into Ajay Barrage. Five people, including two children, traveling in the vehicle drowned in the water. One person managed to escape. Asansol Cluster CRP Manoj Chaudhary’s daughter, son-in-law and children were going to Giridih in a Bolero. This accident happened early in the morning. Local people ran in large numbers to help. They entered the barrage and evacuated people, but by then 5 people had died.
