6 deaths due to diarrhea, doctors advised to take precautions

Bilaspur: Diarrhea is spreading rapidly in the district. After cities, now its outbreak is being seen in rural areas. So far, more than 500 people have suffered from diarrhea in the district, out of which 6 have died. More than 11 dengue patients have also been identified. It is not that this is the first time an outbreak of diarrhea has occurred in the city. Even before this, outbreak of diarrhea was seen in Talapara, Tarbahar, Tikrapara of Municipal Corporation.

There has been an outbreak of diarrhea in the district since last one month. In which after Chantidih, Masturi, Bilha, now its effect is being seen in Ghutku adjacent to the city. Here people are suffering from vomiting, diarrhea and fever due to drinking contaminated water. There is a continuous trend of patients suffering from serious diseases like diarrhoea, dengue and malaria. Patients are coming to the city’s Medical College Hospital, SIMS, District Hospital and other hospitals. Here doctors say that people need to be careful in this season.
