6 people died tragically after drinking poisonous liquor
Patna : Six people died allegedly after consuming poisonous liquor in three villages of Sitamarhi district of Bihar. An officer gave this information. The deceased have been identified as Vikram Kumar and Ram Babu of Solomon Tola village, Roshan Kumar and Santosh Mahato of Narhar village and Mahesh Yadav and Avadhesh Yadav of Narhar Kalan village under Bajpatti police station. District SP Manoj Tiwari said, “We learned that two bodies have been cremated by their family members.
We managed to recover one body and sent it for postmortem. The exact cause of his death will be known only after the postmortem report comes. We have suspended a police personnel and a watchman for negligence.” Sources said that the deceased had consumed poisonous liquor in Mahuain village on Thursday evening. His health started deteriorating on Friday. The family members admitted him to various local hospitals where he died. The family members of the deceased are maintaining silence after this incident.

Rambabu Roy, Bikram Kumar of Solman Tola of Bajpatti police station area, Mahesh Roy of Narha Kala, Awadhesh Roy, Santosh Mahato and Roshan Kumar of Babu Narhar village have died due to consumption of poisonous liquor.
