62 year old woman died of snake bite in Shillai

Shilai. A woman from Bhatnol sub-division of Sirmaur district has died due to snake bite. According to the information, 62 year old Sunny Devi had gone to cut grass in Kangri near the village. A woman was bitten by a snake while cutting grass. After this the family took him to Shillai Hospital for treatment, from where he was taken to Civil Hospital Paonta Sahib. It is being told that the woman had completely recovered and was coming towards home. Meanwhile, the woman traveling in the bus vomited. Due to this his health suddenly deteriorated. As soon as the family members came to know, the woman was taken down from the bus at Dhankoli and brought to Shillai Hospital in a private vehicle, from where the doctors again referred her to Paonta Sahib. Meanwhile the woman died. On the other hand, former Panchayat head of Kando Bhatnol Panchayat Santram Sharma has confirmed the matter.
