70 percent voting in Rajasthan Assembly
Rajasthan : Voting ended on 199 assembly seats of Rajasthan. More than 70 percent voting took place in this election. According to the Chief Electoral Officer, Rajasthan, till 5 pm, 68.24 percent voting took place in the state. It is believed that the voting percentage may break the record this time. The final figure will come shortly. Clashes and uproar took place at many places during voting. Booth captured. Counting of votes will take place on December 3.
There was a dispute in Kaman and Nagar assembly constituencies of Bharatpur district. There was a ruckus at the booth of the Government Primary School in Suket village of the city assembly constituency. Here a person named Latif entered the booth by jumping over the wall and started fighting with Congress workers. He vandalized VVPAT. Some of Latif’s associates were already present inside the polling booth. The controversy escalated so much that people who came to vote started running away from the polling booth. Everyone divided into two groups. Started pelting stones at each other. The polling party ran away to save its life. Voting remained closed for about 30 minutes due to the uproar.
