8 year old girl died due to mobile phone explosion

Kochi (IANS) | An eight-year-old girl studying in Class III in Kerala’s Thrissur died after her mobile phone exploded. The mobile phone in the hand of the child got blasted. She was watching video on phone. The incident happened late on Monday night and despite the best efforts of the doctors, he could not be saved.

A team of local police officers has started investigation and a forensic team has also been pressed into service.
