The BLO explained them the importance of voting and motivated them to get their names added to the voter list. For this, he used to come to his house again and again and explained to him and his son Ramsai Hidko about the importance of voting. Shersingh Hidko’s name was added to the voter list for the first time after providing Aadhaar card, photo etc. for getting his name added to the voter list, and he was also encouraged to vote in the assembly elections to be held this year. Expressing happiness over the inclusion of his name in the voter list, Sher Singh said that this time he will also vote and vote for the candidate of his choice in the assembly elections. It is noteworthy that under the guidance of Collector Dr. Priyanka Shukla, a voter awareness campaign is being run in the district, under which all the eligible persons were appealed to get their names added in the voter list and the names of dead and permanently transferred persons were removed from the voter list. Advice was also given to get it deleted.
