Kishan Kapoor, MP from Kangra Lok Sabha constituency, took a dig at the government
Hospice. Kangra-Chamba Lok Sabha member Kishan Kapoor has called the program organized in Dharamshala to mark the one-year tenure of the government as an ostentatious display of the ruling party. He has said that this demonstration was organized only to confuse the people of the state.
The state is struggling with huge debt and the government is diverting public attention from real issues by boasting of its small achievements. He said that there is a need to take concrete measures on the ground to free the state from this debt.
The Himachal government has the funds and resources to celebrate one year, but the state government has neither the money nor the time to deposit the amount for the construction of the campus of the Central University.
MP Kishan Kapoor said that to make the state self-reliant, there is a need to rise above party politics and present a concrete action plan before the people of the state. The state government is not able to deposit funds for the Central University in Dharamshala due to which the university work is getting delayed.
CM is misleading the public by postponing the matter to the Centre, but the people of Kangra Chamba will answer to Congress in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
