Wife’s dead body thrown in field, husband murdered her over minor dispute

Jashpur. After a minor dispute between husband and wife in Pathalgaon of the district, the husband killed his wife and threw the body in the field. The deceased has been identified as Sukhmati Sonar. After investigation in the case, the police has arrested the accused husband. The matter is of Palidih village of Pathalgaon police station area.

In this case, police station in-charge Dhirendra Nath Dubey said that today, on receiving information that a dead body of a woman was found in the field of Palidih village, the police reached the spot and started investigation. During this time, the police came to know that deceased Sukhmati’s husband Ramprasad Sonar often had disputes with her. On this the police took Ramprasad into custody. When the police interrogated Ramprasad, he said that he had killed his wife by strangulating her. After this, the police registered the crime of murder and arrested the accused husband Ramprasad Sonar.
