Devotees throng Tirumala for Vaikuntha Ekadashi festival
Tirupati came alive as a large number of devotees gathered to celebrate Vaikuntha Ekadashi. At Tirumala, as pilgrims lined up to have darshan of Vaikuntha, the holy city was abuzz with emotions. When the doors opened at 1:45 pm, singing “Govinda” in unison, devotees filled all the compartments, eager to remember Lord Venkateshwara in his divine glory. Devotional enthusiasm reached its peak at the temple of Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy in Dharmapuri, where the festival of Mukkoti Ekadashi was celebrated with a grand procession and traditional rituals.
