Businessman sentenced to 9 years for forcing his wife to have unnatural sex

Durg. The fast track court of the District Sessions Court has sentenced the accused to 9 years of imprisonment for forcing his wife to have unnatural sex. This case has been a high profile case of Durg and Bhilai city. The victim is the wife of a big businessman here.

The victim told that she was married to Bhilai businessman Nimish Aggarwal in 2007. Within a few days of marriage, she started being physically and mentally harassed for dowry at her in-laws’ house. Not only this, her husband used to force her to have unnatural sex. Fed up with all this, the victim left her in-laws’ house in 2016 and came to live at her maternal home.

When the victim came to her parents’ home, she had a daughter in her lap. Even after this, she decided to raise her daughter as a single mother and approached the court. The Fast Court of Durg district on Saturday gave a big verdict in the case of unnatural sex and dowry harassment. The victim said that she has got justice from the court.
