CM Sai paid floral tributes to Swami Vivekananda by garlanding him
Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today paid tribute to the famous philosopher and spiritual guru Swami Vivekananda on his birth anniversary by offering flowers on his photograph at the State Guest House Pahuna.
On this occasion, Finance Minister O.P. Chaudhary, Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal and Women and Child Development Minister Lakshmi Rajwade were also present.
The Chief Minister extended hearty congratulations and best wishes to the people of the state on the occasion of ‘National Youth Day’ today. He said that the thoughts of Swami Vivekananda ji have given a new direction to the entire society. Swami ji showed the country and the world the path of service to mankind through his sermons and powerful lectures.
It is a matter of honor and pride for Chhattisgarh that Swami Vivekananda ji spent some time in Raipur. The memories associated with Swamiji give a special identity to the capital Raipur. Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Swamiji’s thoughts and life values will always inspire us.
