movie : I have become a Telugu girl in a way since I started in films and stayed in Hyderabad. I played the role of a Telugu girl in the movie ‘Kisi Ka..’. The heroine’s name is Bhagya. Bindas girl. It’s fun. Bhagya is a character very close to my personality.
I acted as Venkatesh’s sister in the film. Some of the scenes with him are in Telugu. They felt great while shooting. He also used to improvise dialogues from time to time due to his command over the language!
Working with Salman was great. He came to the sets of my first film ‘Mohenjodaro’. His words, ‘Let us work together soon’, have been fulfilled all these years. His comedy timing along with action is also superb. I also love comedy. Humor is hard to cultivate. Even if there is any difference in the dose, the scene will not ripen.
It can be said that last year’s fortunes were fifty-fifty. ‘Beast’ with Vijay was a good box office hit in Tamil. The song ‘Arabic Kutu’ in it brought me good name. I don’t think about the outcome while making a film. I will try to do hundred percent justice to the work. So far I have acted in many superhit films. I have seen huge successes. Failures are also welcome. You can’t just make commercial movies to become a blockbuster! Every now and then I act in some experimental films to give something new to the audience. No matter what their outcome is.. they have given me recognition as an actress!
