Accused who made raw liquor and supplied it to Delhi arrested
Faridabad: Accused of making raw liquor and supplying it in Delhi, Faridabad arrested. The police team under the leadership of Surajkund police station in-charge Ramveer Singh has arrested the accused who was manufacturing and supplying raw liquor along with the raw liquor. Police spokesperson Sube Singh said on Thursday that the police had received information that raw liquor is made in the hills of Anangpur and supplied to Delhi. Then Surajkund police station in-charge prepared a team and reached the spot. The team started waiting for the accused by hiding in the bushes on the road leading to Sangam Vihar.
After some time, a person was seen coming on a motorcycle, who was controlled with the help of police personnel. 30 liters of raw liquor was recovered from the accused on the spot. On asking the name and address of the accused, it was found that the accused Jitendra (32) is a resident of Anangpur village.
A case has been registered against the accused in Surajkund police station under sections of making and selling illegal liquor and he has been arrested. During interrogation of the accused, liquor was recovered from the furnace for making raw liquor. The accused had made liquor to earn money. After interrogation, the accused was presented in the court and sent to jail.
