Suzlon wins order for 642 MW wind power project from ABC Cleantech of Everen

New Delhi: Suzlon Group, India’s largest renewable energy solutions provider, on Tuesday announced winning the order for supply of WTG for 642 MW wind power project from Evergreen company, ‘ABC Cleantech Pvt. Ltd. (ACPL), the company announced this through an exchange filing. ,

Everen is a joint venture between Brookfield and Axis Energy in India. Suzlon will install Hybrid Lattice Tubular (HLT) towers and 214 wind turbine generators (WTG) with rated capacity of 3 MW each in Andhra Pradesh.

The order is for the company’s larger rated 3 MW, S144‐140m turbines from its 3 MW product line. As part of the agreement, Suzlon will supply the wind turbines (equipment supply) and undertake installation and commissioning for the project. Suzlon will also undertake comprehensive operation and maintenance services after commissioning.
