Muslim youth abducted a minor girl after giving her drugs

It is alleged that a few months ago Imran lured the girl with the promise of friendship and love.
The family members say that when they came to know about this, the girl’s family members had explained it to both of them. It is alleged that the daughter has been found, but the police is not taking action. The accused boy’s acquaintances are also threatening him. The girl’s father told that on February 8, his daughter suddenly went missing. Even after a lot of searching, he could not be found. Meanwhile, information was received from some people of the locality that Imran had taken away their daughter. On this he complained to the police.
Family members say that after 4 days, the accused and his family members ran away leaving their daughter in Uslapur. During interrogation, the girl told that Imran had called her to meet. Then he made him unconscious by giving him intoxicating substance. When he regained consciousness, he came to know that Imran had brought him to Uttar Pradesh. The family members of the student told that after this incident, Shahrukh, an acquaintance of the accused, has threatened them to withdraw the case. The police have not yet taken the statement of his daughter before the CWC (Child Welfare Committee). His medical has not even been done.
On the basis of the girl’s statement, the police have not taken any action, nor have they registered a case of POCSO and molestation against the accused. A complaint has also been lodged against those who have threatened. Yet the police have not taken any action against them. After this incident, he has stopped his daughter from going to school. They fear that the accused and his family might do something wrong to their daughter. He has also demanded the police to provide security. Along with this, a request has also been made to punish the accused.
