Lava has announced the launch of another cheap smartphone in the Indian market. This device is going to enter the Indian market on March 22 with the name Lava O2. The brand has given this information on social media platforms, company website and e-commerce site Amazon. Some key specifications of the phone have also been shared. Mobile manufacturer Lava has released a post on social media revealing the launch date of Lava O2.
You can see in the post below that the device will be launched on March 22 at 12:00 noon. The smartphone will get entry in India through a live event.
Along with social media, the company also made the phone’s microsite live on e-commerce site Amazon in which its specifications have been mentioned.
According to the information found on the microsite, it will be equipped with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
The device will feature a 50-megapixel AI rear camera and 18-watt fast charging support.
According to the video teaser surfaced on social media, details of Unisoc T616 chipset have been given in the Lava O2 phone.
Specifications of Lava O2
Display: A large 6.5 inch display can be given in the Lava O2 smartphone. It can get a pixel resolution of 1600 x 720 and 90Hz refresh rate. Whereas the screen with punch-hole design in the phone has been seen in the teaser.
Processor: It has been seen in the video teaser surfaced on social media that it will have Unisoc T616 chipset for mobile performance.
Storage: To save data, the company has confirmed that the Lava O2 device will have the facility of 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
Camera: Talking about the camera features of Lava O2 phone, it has been confirmed that it will offer dual rear camera setup. In which a 50-megapixel primary camera lens and an AI camera will be provided. Along with this, this camera will also have LED flash.
Battery: Although the battery size has not been revealed yet, it has been confirmed that 18W fast charging will be available in Lava O2 mobile.
