Mohba Bazaar was selling liquor under the overbridge, Kochiya was caught

Raipur. Today an accused has been arrested with illegal liquor. Saraswati Nagar Police had received information that a person was selling liquor under the Mohaba Bazaar over bridge. On receiving the information, the police staff reached the spot and surrounded and caught the said person. When asked about his name and address, he told his name as Vijay Tandi, father Dilip Tandi, age 43 years, of Kukur Beda near New Like AC.

A red-yellow colored plastic sack containing 33 pavas of country liquor and masala worth Rs 3630 was seized by the police from his possession. Due to the finding of crime under Section Sadar against the accused, crime number 142/24 under Section 34(2) Excise Act was registered in Saraswati Nagar police station and action was taken.
